Located in Davison, MI, CLC has proudly served our community since 1982. Our hours are from 6 am - 6 pm. We’re extremely proud of our awesome students and staff, who are always eager to
create, explore, play, learn and grow together.

Our Mission
The Creative Learning Center is dedicated to preparing children for a future full of learning and growing. We provide a fun, safe environment in which we care for, teach and nurture individuals. Our aim is to work together with families to meet the needs of the children. Creative Learning Center promotes a Christ centered place where children of all faiths and backgrounds are welcomed. We focus on aiding in the development of the whole child, as well as spiritually.
Philosophy
We will treat each child with acceptance and sensitivity. We value children as explorers and utilize an early childhood curriculum that focuses on the interest of the children in the classroom. Staff will communicate effectively with children and parents focusing on each child’s strengths and growth within the classroom. We strive to foster a positive relationship between staff and families. Each family is treated with respect and dignity regardless of family background or religion. The Creative Learning Center welcomes children of all faiths.

Children are exposed to developmentally appropriate experiences throughout the day. Each child will have daily opportunities to:

CLC has a carefully planned environment for children ages 12 months-12 years. CLC utilizes Creative Curriculum; this is a research based curriculum that supports children in all areas of development. While at CLC children will have experiences and lessons that help develop the areas of; physical, social, emotional, language, literacy and cognitive. Children develop in these areas through quiet and active activities, individual learning, small group lessons, large and small muscle, child initiated and occasionally staff initiated (large group, small group).

· $50 full day/$42 half day (non-potty trained)

· Less than 5 hours = 1/2 day

$75 registration fee annually ($35 for each additional child)

Hi there! I have been the Children’s Pastor at Davison Missionary Church from 2020-2024. I am still a Pastor on staff at DMC but so excited to continue my ministry as the CLC director. I love teaching kids about Jesus and helping them understand God’s love.

An Exceptional Learning Experience
At CLC we believe in teamwork. We enjoy working together to meet the needs of each child. Parents stay connected through weekly newsletters and monthly calendars. Questions and concerns and encouraged. Teachers work diligently & are excited to show you your child's progress throughout the year. Our staff are CPR/First-Aid certified & participate in 16 hours training each year. Lead teachers follow MDHHS requirements to teach.
